Hadrien Girod's culinary journey
My kitchen is the logbook of my life. Trained in hospitality and catering, I spent more than 15 years traveling the globe - from the peaks of Switzerland to the wild coasts of Australia and New Zealand, and through the lagoons of Tahiti and Réunion.
Each stop enriched my technique and broadened my horizons. From commis to head chef, I learned to blend the discipline of French gastronomy with the vibrant flavors of the world.

In February 2026, after exploring international kitchens, I decided to bring my most personal project to life: Mokaï. Mokaï is not just a restaurant; it is the culmination of all my inspirations. Today I put all my creativity into offering you an authentic, sincere cuisine that is resolutely focused on sharing. It is here, through my dishes, that I tell you about my travels and my love for great ingredients.
